Anyone have a copy of the skip shift tables for HP Tuners? (4-2 and 3-1 shifts)

Title says it all. ZZP has this in their tune and I am hoping to make my shift tables similar so that I can shift from 3 to 1 and 4 to 2 at WOT by skipping the middle gear.

Again, this is for HP Tuners.
