Anyone excited for Skyrim?



I haven't noticed any glitches in mine. Only real problem I was having was seeing at night in Skyrim. It was the most obnoxious thing ever, almost drowned in a 6ft river not knowing which way was up.

Played with the TV settings, didn't help much. Ended up turning up the brightness for the in game settings, that's what helped.
 
Bodies of water have been disappearing on me.

Same with my screen caps.

Many times i've had enemies glitched in one spot, only way to kill them.

Dragons were cool at first, now its just annoying. Every time I visit a town/city theres one to **** up my day.
 
i havent seen a dragon yet lols, i got 2 shouts that i cant use cause no dragons lols.
havent seem much of glitches yet. im not saying its not hard i did die alot at first. i just use block alot and lvled my blocking/stamina/hp ALOT lol.
I love taking pics while its doing the 3d kill shot lol, got to get some that arent so fuzzy lol.
oh to lvl easily i did side quests, any town/city i find i talk to everyone check everybook and try to get new quests. check books and you get alot of lvls from them(not character lvls, weapons and armor lvls)
matt you playing on pc or console?? textures look ok on pc considering how much draw distance etc.(you can manally change draw distance and much more from C:\Users\Peter\Documents\My Games\Skyrim then click on skyrimprefs. crank anything you like if your pc ca handle it)

Do the main quest till you get your first lesson by the greybeards, then you can do shouts and do whatever you please.

PC.

Game is maxed on my 460 and only using 80% most of the time.
 
I'm lvl 24 on 360, only had one glitch where I was stuck and had to reload. And yea enemies get stuck on stuff sometimes, but this is a great game. I have so many quests to do!!
 
I love this game too.

After playing this game for a few hours today the only thing turning me away is how annoying it is having to do quests where the person you have to kill either kills you in 3 hits, or has another 5 people with him attacking you :l
 
Yea, I get lucky sometimes. What lvl r u n what armor? I have all steel upgraded, with falmer shield. Just run out of their weapon's path and it helps alot haha.
 
Level 10 Overall

Heavy Armor is 28

Light Armor is 28

One Handed is 33

Destruction is 32

Equipment is:
Steel Horned Helmet: Armor rating is 19

I also carry an axe in one hand and a fire spell in the other most of the time.

And the rest is the Thieves Guild Armor Set

I think I should focus on collecting materials to smith weapons, instead of looting dead bodies.
 


For your armor, I would go with one or the other, not both light and heavy, so you get one up alot. Haha 19 armor rating? Mines like 180 or so. If you find a schimitar use it and upgrade it, its really fast and powerful. I also use flames alot
 
you can find npc's that will come help you on your quests. that could help you out alot. and dont mix you lving like light armor heavy armor etc. you got to find a path(tank, dmg dealer,healer,magic dmg dealer etc.) and stick to it. im basicaly a tank, so i cant take a good beaten lol.
 
Yea the best follower I found so far was Utgard the Unbroken (I think) you have to beat her in a fist fight, and she will follow. She's in whiterun in the tavern AND don't kill her cuz she is good, but when she does die, take her chest armor, its great!!!

Just found some glass, time to upgrade that shortly. Will be able to make it shortly as well.

hmmm... I'm surprised at a couple of things:

1. I had no idea that this was comming out eventhough I like these series a lot.
2. I didn't notice this post until today.
3. that it's only DX9, since oblivion was kind of a set forward in graphics when it came out, i would've expected something similar from this sequel.

I'm only glad I got the new card then. I'll install it today.
 
dude this game being hyped about for over a year now lmao, graphics are good for the draw distance and detail in small objects etc.
 
alright, so should i join the stormcloaks, or the imperials? ive already done so much, im a level 28 right now, and i need to know which one is more bada$$
