Swapped a head gasket on a mid 90's style Ecotec powered Sunfire/Cavalier?

If you have...any pointers, tips, or things to watch for or buy before hand I might need? Reason being is I am doing it for a lady I work with as hers just blew right apart the other night on the way home from work.

Ok so which one is it then nick? The 2.2 or the 2.4? Or the 2.3 Quad 4 or you could get the sohc version as well.
