No. Bixenon in a projector is where the cutoff shield which creates the cutoff drops down, and the full beam is releases, which allows light to go higher in the air. The best part about bixenon projectors is that unlike traditional high beams you don't loose and of the light closer to your car, you just add more beam height.
 
you guys know of any good places to read up on thisw stuff, im becoming interested in it, just dont know sh!t
