Im newer to the forums but i have searched for a while now on here trying to find a forum about anything i should know before i put the series 2 superchargered motor in my car that was originally equpied with the n/a 3800 series 2
my car is a 99 and so is the motor and tranny im putting in it. its out of a buick are all the conectors on the motor and tranny the same? i know i have to remove some brackets and maybe put mine on but other than that can i use my stock wiring harness for a gt with the gtp motor i know the map sensor and the bypass valve need wiring to it if you guys can explain this and how its done some to my id greatly appreciate it and i know i need a tuned pcm if i missed anything please let me know.

If you are swapping the motor and trans just use the pcm out of the car you are getting the motor and trans out of.
 
thats the problem its out of a buick and the computers look different and the wiring harness ends where the mass of wires connect to the pcm are diffrent from what ive seen i bought the motor from a guy who had already pulled it out of the car so its was basically motor wires and tranny i would rathe just wire up the map sensor and the bypass valve sensor to the wiring harness i already have. if thats possible. thanks in advance.
