Any reason my HVAC fuse should be missing?

Been playing around in the interior fuse box trying to solve another issue when I noticed that two fuses are missing; radio amp and HVAC control.

The radio I assume was removed by the installer when I had my aftermarket system installed. But why would the HVAC be gone?

Might it be the reason for the warm air in my car and not the blend door actuator as I've been suspecting?

Thanks people.

I intend to. But I haven't owned the car for long so I'm wondering if there's a common reason it might have been removed.

who knows, take a chance, pop a new one in there, the worst that can happen is the fuse blows. then you'll have a idea why its not there.

Usually a pulled fuse is someone's idea of "solving" an electrical issue. Can't think of any other reason to leave a fuse out of the panel.

I can think of one... some of us elder GP lovers can't stand the compressor running in winter. GM set it up to stay off below 37 degrees but for those of us who don't jam out much, the sound can be annoying since its almost as loud as the whole rest of the engine. I let mine run until I think to turn it off with the button because it does help keep the system's lubricant distributed throughout the system and a lot of compressors used to go bad from going dry due to little use in winter.
