any monte carlo?



hi. is your monte a special pace car edition cause the checker flag looks different than other pace car monte? most of us monte belong to the above monte club ^^^. you might like it there a little more older mature crowd.
 
But just like any forum they do have their bad apples. 2 years ago they were gonna ban me for arguing with a more senior member.. And in the end I was right in my assessment. :D

Im sorry to hear about the trouble you had over there 04. I have been over there since 04. I have seen some stuff but it just blew over.

no my car is just the unlimted edtion i proffesional had those racin stripes designed for me and was graphic design put on my car i also have the tazmania devil on the rear quaters and taz racin on the rear spoiler my car is loaded with heated leather seats onstar power everything moon roof thanks laurie

Yea as you can tell I went back, won't let a few bad apples spoil the spiked punch.. or something like that.

I went there for the monte specific items and the many I do get along with, then was going to clubgp for 3800 specific. Cause there is a lot more engine related info there.. And as it looks soon to be here too.
 
Well I think in the end I decided on the gp forums because I have the supercharged ss so there just is not nearly enough info for us engine wise, I still like the appearance section there so it is a toss up as to where to spend my time.
 


you ain't lying, i don't know what happen with all the monte owners. it's like that too on the monte carlo forums nobody hardly post any more. i guess it's winter and most are probably hibernating. me and 7801monteman are like the only 2 that are active.
 
Yeah this is true you and I are pretty much the only ones. I think since Tom disappeared for personal reasons that other monte site has gone dead along with a lot of people who are either selling or just inactive. I spend more time here and gawking at clubgp, gpona, and naioa.
 
Hey so this is where all the monte guys are at... and girls... if i left any out my bad. I just got a 2003 ss and im new to the whole 3800 thing but im learnin quick. i got a few buddies with gtp's one is really a beast and the other is working on his. im lookin forward to bulidin mine up a little and seein what it can do...

There are a lot of Monte guys over at NAIOA if you're interested (since Montes and Imps are so similar). Not sure if 2KMC is still around or not, but that would be a good place for you to look around too.
 


i was gunna say... ive heard of clear hoods too so if it was a mod thats a damn clear hood! what all do you got done to it?
 
Right now it has the WizAired, Plog, PRJ wires, 2.5" DP, AL605s, HVTB, Intense shift kit, and a custom tune.

In a couple weeks it'll be supercharged... :th_mischievious:
