Antenna unplugged?

So I pulled out my radio to clean it while I had my dash in pieces now I'm only getting certain stations. I know its plugged into the head unit but is there another connection that I could have pulled and unplugged?

In other cars I've worked on its in the corner above the passengers foot but I couldn't see one on this car.
