another ticking question

my 2002 gtp has had a ticking nosie when its cold and a miss on #4 at the same time ...the intake gaskets are leaking to the rad has oil in it also so now today when its warm the noise dosent go away and it throws a code into it..i checked commpresion 150 psi
checked everything and it all seems fine

lifter?
or due to the intake gaskets do you guys think thats messing it up
or head gasket

do your lower intake gaskets and check the lifters when youre down there. could be a loose rocker too.
 
so i took it all apart last night and it had 3 collapsed lifters so i replaced them all and put it all back together and it runs better than it has in a long time
