LOL darn!! I read my yahoo notification of this message, and it only showed the first line. And then I come here to beat you with a wet fish and saw the second line ;)

Its not always about being just and fair, but you have to look at the overall picture, does this person tribute any useful insight into this forum, does this person only troll and look for trouble, how many complaints has this person had, how many times has this person be warned (offically an unoffically).

All those things come into play. I didnt just ban him cause I wanted to, but given what I saw of him and his rude demeanor towards everyone and his feelings of being a holier than though attitude, it just simply added up, and it could not be over looked anymore.

I try to be fair to everyone, I let a lot of things pass that I get dissed on, but I give everyone a little extra rope to either hang themselves (no suicide pun intended) or to neaty put it away and learn from their prior mistakes. Steel, did not learn from his prior mistakes.

I hope that helps to clear the muddy waters?
 


And to me, that IS being fair and just so you're doing a good job. :th_thumbsup-wink:

Plus, all you've gotta do is say "RUSH" and things will automatically get better. :D

And yes if it rolls, and he comes back I am sure Rocket can ban the whole IP Range, it might suck for someone else in that neck of the woods, but that is something we will have to deal with when the time comes :)
 
How could I not, its a great movie that happens to have a Rush cameo!

Whats fun is that around here IP's started with 24 back in the day, now its 99 with the same ISP on the same service.

IP addresses change and move as well.

But i'm sure that he'll get the message and move on.
