so i am saving up for some zzp stainless headers right now. and for xmas i hope to get a tuner so i can scan for knock. after the headers i am getting colder plugs, and a 180 drilled tstat. with my mods also listed below, what would be a safe pulley size. i know i will have to scan for knock either way, but im just looking for an estimate. i want to keep up the boost, because i know all these mods will make the car flow alot more freely. especially the headers
 


3.4 or a 3.5 would likely be ok. The safest way to know is to scan scan scan. On stock tuning and 93 Shell I can run 3.6 pulley and 0 knock beating the crap out of my car all day with 3inch dp, plog, air box. That is with stock timing too (~16.5* WOT)
