Hi, I have been searching for info on GTP. I have a '99 with noise on front of supercharger. All related posts have been a great help!
currently having the trans rebuilt. Found 99 different from all others. Seems GM used a different gear ratio. Will be back on the road soon! :th_laugh-pointup:
 


GM used a different gear ratio in your GTP?

All of them had 2.93 gears.

Most likely does it sound like tumbling rocks at idle and then go away with increasing RPM's? If so...that is the S/C Coupler.

ZZPerformance.com sells a cheap, green one that is pretty well bulletproof.
