Hello all,
New to the forums. Got my Grand Prix about 5 years ago and it have been and still is my daily driver. At 143K+ mileage she is starting to need a little work. Notice oil in the coolant a few weeks ago so I put all new gaskets in the maniford, top and bottom. At the same time new radiator hoses and t-stat, running about 200' now... what is normal? Struts were also shot so I replaced them with Monroe "Quick Strut" front and rear. Replaced the AC compressor, and drier so I got AC once again. Installed new oil pan and gasket, (monkeys at Jiffy lube strip the thread) never again. Next on the list is... I got a small rip in the trim on the air bag/steering wheel... got a new bag and trim coming plus I need to installed a new motor/regulator rear window driver side. With the vast knowledge on the fourms, at this high mileage should I be looking/checking anything else?
