Another Acc Blower problem

Im sure you guys are tired of answering these question, I just got a 99 gtp it has the auto climate control, while driving home the blower mower was working, however it was having the vacume leak problem where it would not blow out the driver vents all the time. Anyway I turned the car of then started it a few minutes later and the blower motor is not working now. On the acc panel the picture of the person blinks a few times at first then stops. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been researching this it has the dual climate control, does this have the resistor or is it a control module??? if its the module where is that locate?? Thanks
