well i had these on for about 3-4 years now and the driver side halo isnt working, the fog light itself is, do you think the bulb has blown? is there a way i can get the bulb replaced?

I would assume the LED bulb went out. Take it apart? ...I assume this would be the cheapest route.

yeah thats what im figuring, but if i do have to replace the bulb, you know where i can order a few?

I wouldnt order any until you got that one removed. Personally, I would go to a local radio shack with the bad LED... but if the LED was good... the only thing else would be the resistor... since LED's have to have a resistor to work.

i wonder if i should just buy them again...because to be honest im not sure if i will have enough time to do something like that...if anyone else has had a problem like this please let me know what you did.

I was going to change the color on mine but decided not too. But it's really easy to swap the non working LED for a new one. Its a 5mm LED. There is two per fog light.
