• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Android = Aeroforce

I just received my bluetooth OBD today, same one that nickbuol has (Wireless Auto Scanner Bluetooth OBD2 Car code Reader: eBay Motors (item 220692478075 end time Nov-09-10 14:44:27 PST))

I downloaded Rev 2 Lite on my iphone 3GS.

I plugged it in and I only have a red light showing, I cannot find the OBD tool via bluetooth.

Also, I have not been able to find any videos or info on the net about how to pair the devices and get them working, just vids of them already working.

Has anyone successfully used with an Iphone??

Thanks in advance.

So hmm it should work then. I guess the true test would be to have someone who knows they have KR try it out with another scanner or gauge like a aeroforce.

Put my aeroforce on, it was 35* outside. Shows 13.2# of boost up from 11.5# when it was warm. Kr shows 4.5 to 5 max, up from 0 when it was warm. I hope to have time tomorrow to test again and do a compare with my Torque ap. I just downloaded the newest update to Torque so I hope it's ready to go. :th_dancingsmilie:

Let us know! I am still waiting for the new Droid X SE to come out but I want to get this if it will save me the money of buying a phone and an Aeroforce.

i haven't given Torque any thought as of late, but i'll see if i can get any/all extended PIDs to work.

in case anyone is wondering, Torque does work for all standard PIDs such as: speed, MPG, RPM...

the bluetooth adapter allows you to connect to any program that utilizes ELM327 protocol, such as Movi.

Still no one has synked this with an ipone.? or am I just missing something here?

I have a droid but the process should be the same. First sync your phone with the adapter. Pairing code varies but mine was 6789. THEN look in torque for the info.

I have the full version of this app if anybody wants it?

I can upload it and whoever wants it can download it. :th_thumbsup-wink:

It will work but some features may work better than others or possibly not at all. If you want to try the full version before you buy it, just download my app I posted a couple posts above.

Good luck!
