I have a 2002 GP V6, the sun was hitting the dash one day, perfectly for me to notice an indicator, that is not used on my GP.
It is just to the left of the # 2 on the Tachometer.
It looked like if it had a lamp and came on that it has letters in the display area that seem to say PER SHIFT or PREF SHIFT, something like that . . . what is this for and what GP models used it, and what actually are the letters that I "kind of see" if the sun and my head looks "just the correct way" at it?
