An all out A/C / Heater Problem

New to this forum and tried searching for a fix on this problem. I don't wanna take this to a mech because it seems like it would be an expensive fix, so I'm going to try and tap resources on this site first. Oh and BTW this problem shows up a lot when I searched for it, if you have something similar or have in the past share what you can.

I have a 2002 GP SE with a 3.1 with bout 150000 miles on it (it has a manual dual heat control on it). The AC / Heater unit has given me a headache... First off it started with it not responding to my setting unless I moved my temp gauge up and down repeatedly before it would respond. After it went out completely on my passenger side. I get outside temp air blowing in on my passenger side. Soon after that I lost control of my vent settings. No matter what the setting I put it on it seems to blow out all vents and the A/C seems to be engaged no matter what (i think this because I can hear the car idle a tiny bit more when I engage the heater / ac) Last my driver side recently will only blow out hot air no matter what. I have had the heater core and cooling system flushed but other than that haven't done much else to try and correct this problem. I read on here that this is a COMMON problem and couldn't find an answer. If you have any input that would be tight.

Okay so I have one problem solved, the actual blend door motor that isn't allowing a temp change, but the problem now leads to the actual venting controls. from what I've been reading this has to do with a vacuum actuators... I think... Does anyone have a diagram or something detailed about getting to these lines so that I may check em?
