Amp help!

Im sold on these:
Kicker 10DC122 Ported enclosure with dual 12" Comp subwoofers at Crutchfield.com

Kicker DC122 (10DC122) Dual 12" Comp Loaded Subwoofer Enclosure
I think they they will be fine as a starter set.

Now the question is: Will this amp work?
Kicker DX500.1 (10DX500.1) Mono Class D Car Amplifier

or

Kicker CX300.1 (12CX3001) 300W RMS Class D Mono CX Car Amplifier

This is what I have Rockford Fosgate T500-1bdCP (t5001bdcp) 500W RMS Constant Power its a beast

Rockford Fosgate Punch P/3 10" with enclosure tiny but its a beast! They also have the dual 12" enclosure but I dont know if I would go that far for our cars.
