Ok so I got a 99 oldmobile intrigue with the 3800 feels preety peppy in my opinion but that's prolly cause I'm going from a 97 taures . Anyway my sister's friend wants to race me he's got a 2005 Mazda 6 v6 what's your guys guesses on the race just curiouse ..No hate comments I know it's dumb to be racing to slow cars haha whatever

The answer is MAYBE. Your car has 195hp? If he has the sport edition, you will lose. The non-sport edition, you have a good chance.
 


Still waiting to race the Mazda..anyway I raced my friends girlfriends 2014 Chrysler 200 3.6l 283 hp...bad mistake on my part haha.. actually it was closer then I thought I beat it till 40ish mph then she passed me and kept pulling hard then we went from a 10mph roll same thing I could beat her till about 40
 


Replace everything from the heads up from a supercharged car, add a l67/l32 harmonic balancer, the supercharger idler and tensioner pulleys and a tune.

That's silly. No Olds boat is beating any Mazda 6, unless he killed it. I outran my buddy's olds 88 in my 330k mile four banger accord last night.

0-50 isnt a race...might have felt like one with whats involved though...lol
oh well, if you feel good about it then thats all that matters
 


A race is a race doesn't matter if it's in a car 0-150 or on foot doing a 40 yard race. I think it's fun racing slow cars if I wanted to go fast all the time I wouldn't be driving my gas saver Oldsmobile I would be in my mustang
