Ok I essentially want to take the shift knob from a 1995-1999 Chevy Monte Carlo/Lumina and put it in my GTP. I know most of the GM knobs are universal (had my friends firebirds knob in my old Cavalier) but will this knob work in a GP???
I couldn't really find any better picture then these of the knob im looking for:

I know im going to have to do something with the performance shift, but does anyone know if the knob will just slide right in like the rest of the GM family??
