• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

aluminum subframe

Get ZZP's moly control arms.

Get Grand am brakes.

Get lightweight 15" wheels.

Strip the interior.

Pull the A/C system. Evap as well.

Get a fiberglass hood.

And all that wont do much despite the cost and the trade-offs you'd be making.

I didnt know that you would have to have everyhitng like that for the swap. Is it really worth the 20lb diff in wieght?

Never done it, but to me its not worth it. I take my seats outs, spare tire, jack and shed 20+ pounds.

If it was close to 50lbs, I would probably do it, but 20 is nothing.

I did it to mine when i had the trans out, the extra $35 was worth it. The bushings stay attached and the bolts i just grabbed although i cant remember if they were different. It was worth it to me. You will always have haters out there just remember that.

Yea and thanks for all the input guys. I just want to lose alil to help the car out. I want to keep it streetable and nice.
