Alternator Belt Removal Help

Ok I am having a damn hard time trying to get the belt off and its cold up here in wisconsin and I am working on it out side in the snow. So here is my problem I am not sure where the tensioner is to release the belt. I thought I knew where it was but I try and turn it either way and nothing happens. Here is a pic.
Please tell me I don't have to remove both belts.

The tensioners go in opposite directions. The one for the supercharger releases turned one way and the one for the accessories releases turned in the other direction but I dont remember which is which. I want to say the accessory belt (the one for the alternator) releases when its pushed to the right. If you are just replacing the alternator you shouldnt have to take the belt completely off, just release the tension and slip the belt off the alternator.

If its difficult to move the tensioner in the direction of releasing tension there may be an issue with the tensioner, but Ive never seen that kind of issue before with them. You may need to use a longer bar or something like that to get enough leverage. I normally just use a 8", 3/8" drive breaker bar but you're up there in the salt belt too so Im not sure what the exposure to all that would do to that tensioner over time.

Whoa! What kind of freak behemoth is that. Your alternator is down where my power steering pump is and that upper motor mount is on the wrong side.
