Since it's a 99 GSX I agree he will beat you off the line but if he sucks at driving it and it's stock then you have a really good chance. when they were new or have been rebuilt there roughly a 15.2 on the track and that's if you have a good driver. Problem though is he may say he's stock but there are little things he can do to it(freemods) that mess with the boost. Plus if he has a small wheel 16g on their you'll never know the difference until he beats you. I do Agree witheveryone he's a ***** if he won't race you.
