Haha I figured that the silver and black would contrast the tank setup and my subs have silver cones as well

.. If i do a fiberglass set up i would paint the box silver anyways lol

Well the tank being silver enough along with the subs is enough. You don't need to go fully blow trying to get everything to stick out. It's easy to have everything look overdone.

Hmm good point damn I don't know what to do.. I feel like I did all this work on the tank setup and I don't want to just throw it in there and have my stereo system looking blah haha... I've got 2 12" Rockford subs, 2 caps, 2 amps and 2 tweeter crossovers back there now.. just figured I would clean stuff up

Remember Heavy D good example of when **** is overdone.

Going to take a bunch more work if you fiberglass a box to have it prepped for paint to where the defects don't show. Idk if you have ever fiberglassed before but getting it perfect is difficult vs just carpeting the box you don't have to worry so much about the surface being perfect. What about the rest of the trunk where the stock carpet is... Goodluck getting a suede to stick to that. Oh and if you do have to use your truck you know as a actually truck for anything suede isn't going to be durable enough. The caps I would hide along with the crossovers there's no reason for those to be shown unless they are on the back deck or something where hiding it is going to be difficult. The amps well those are going to be shown. If you carpet anything that's in the truck besides the tank then it lets everything look almost oemish is not like your at a dub show and let's focus be on the clean air tank setup and polished lined.

Yea to many guys try to do to much to try to stick out and end up looking so gawdy. Not everything has to scream look at me I did something different. I stick to what I call oem+ meaning it looks almost like it could of come from the factory that way but if you know GPs you'll know that it didn't come that way standard.

It is most defiantly photoshopped. As i personally spent a bit of time doing more digging to see if it was rear or not.

Speedy... not yet lol.. there's still a lot to do before I can install this thing.. install struts, new LCAs, new sway bar (front and rear ) install height sensors, install tank setup, run nylon lines, calibrate system.... Haha just to name a few things

Haha once this semester is over in 2 weeks I will have so much time to work on it hahaha well besides when I'm working lol but atleast my nights will be free now!

but seriously tho. maybe you've answered this before, and i've missed it. But why not run dual Viair Compressors? Cost?
