alarm and keyless entry not working

i instaled a new aftermarket deck in my 99 grandprix gt and now the alam dost work or the keyless entry but if i turn the car on and use the remote it will work and ideas?

make sure all the wires are making good connections

yeah i have ive gone threw each one a million times check all fuses even tryed reseting the alarm from the instructions in the hand book but still nothing?

so when the car is on, the alarm works fine?

its gota be a power problem some where because when the car is on i can use the remote to unlock the doors and pop the trunk and if i reseat the alarm with the doors shut and take the keys out the alarm works but asoon as i open the door it dosent work.
