The Throttle Body on the 3.1 is a bit smaller I doubt a 3.8 kit would fit. I made one for a 2003 3.1 go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy plumbing PVC or ABS (black plastic pipe) pipe and make one. I've since sold that car so I am afraid I couldn't help you with the pipe diameters. It did run well and sounded nice. I probably paid 50.00 for the materials. Hope this is some help to ya.
