Air injection valve relay

I have a 2007 grand prix that is throwing code po411 (secondary air incorect flow). the pump runs when you start the car so i'm pretty sure something is wrong with the valve. the schematic that i pulled off of mitchell1diy showes seperate relays for the pump and the valve. i found the relay for the pump taped to a wiring harnes down by the air filter housing but i can't find the valve relay. its my daughters car and the factory remote start wont work until i get this code cleared. will someone please help me so she will stop complaining to me about it.....lol

Where do I find circuit relay and fuse?
I have two fuse panels 1) beside engine belt and 2)behind kick panel at passenger front, neither said air pump.

Check connector and wiring
Where are wiring connectors I need to be checking?

Air pump defective or hoses blocked
