I have a 99 GT with major one MAJOR problem..... no AC in Arizona, and it's just gonna get hotter!
AC problem history.......
Would only work in some settings, so I replaced the control switch and it still didn't work. Later, I found out that it was the resistor behind the motor, so I got a new one and the problem was solved.
Shortly after that it stopped working on all settings. I found a post with a fix that involved bypassing the ignition switch with a relay. I installed the relay like it showed in the post..... worked like a charm!
A month or so later, some days it wouldn't work. A couple weeks later, and now it completely stopped working. The little AC light won't even come on.... nothing!!!
Checked the fuses, all ok. Check the wiring on the relay, all ok. Replaced the relay.... still nothing.
