air bubble in door panel

i have a pocket of air under the drivers side door panel right in front for the lock...i usually rest my arm on the door...could that have caused it?...BUT HOW DO I REMOVE THE AIR POCKET? am i going to have to remove the door panel?

would need a picture but if i am thinking correctly waht can be don is using a syringe make a small hole in the middle with it and injuect a small amount of glue. the hole will provide an escape for the air to be forced out and the glue will keep it in place. just my 2cents worth but a pic would help

I have the same thing on all 4 doors. Right at the top. I thought about the syringe idea but figured that I wouldn't be able to hide the hole.

if it is a small enough syringe then the hole would be small enough to not notice
