Aftermarket Taillights

I just watched an installation video of the spyder taillights and it looks like only the brake lights are led, the backup light and turn signal is still the standard conventional bulb...thats a big bummer I really like the led turn signals, might be a deal breaker for me
Yes, the center cluster is LED, reverse is regular bulb, and there is a 194 bulb on the side. Just swap LED bulbs for them.

Check out my install as I have comparison pics of stock, LED etc.....

And when you decide to go HID reverse lights:

I got the regular red LED lights off of ebay for mine. I had water damaged stockers with a light coat of nightshade to try and hide it. I put the red LED 194 bulbs in the corners too. They don't look all ricey and ****ty like most of the ebay lights. I wanted something stock looking.

I have the tinted red LED tails off ebay, same as Matt.

At night:

They really don't look that dark in person, I apparently only have cloudy/overcast pictures.

Did you buy them already tinted or did you tint them yourself? I am not finding the tinted ones on Ebay

Those didn't appear as dark as Danielle's. Maybe it's the lighting for the photo in the ad. I saw those and I also saw the description, but I wasn't convinced they were the darker ones.

I've seen someone post that these have been on their car for +3 years with no leaks. Is that the longest time frame anyone can give witness to? My OEM ones went 13 years before leaking, although, I think they failed prematurely due to a poor design of some sort.

I find that a lot of ads use generic pictures. Focus on the description, "LED SMOKE" and you will be good to go.

I just finished year two with no leaks, and I live on the Wet Coast.

Thanks for the information. I wondered if it was a generic ad photo, too.

I did also notice what she typed about the overcast photos, Below Average Joe. Just figured I'd go to the source and ask her, directly. Thanks, though.
