• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

So whats the deal with these? I mean theres not any to my knowledge and im sure theres a good reason. So i wanna know that good reason lol. Im guessing the stock 4or whatever psi is good? The main reason i ask is because of the power level im at.

I remember someone said one time that there is a stock replacement part...maybe acdelco...that gave them like 6 extra psi.

GP Sorensen is the one people go to. I wished I could tell you the reasoning, but I can't remember. If you go to clubgp, search for Sorensen, filtered by author Mithelen you should find the part number and the reason why it's the preferred FPR.

GP Sorensen 800-302

Most of the old GM FPR's I have seen have a 1/16" diameter return hole though them. The GP Sorenson ones have a 1/8" diameter one. If you are using a high volume pump, the small hole regulators can cause pressure to creap up at idle and cruise due to too small of a hole for the fuel to return through. The GP Sorensone ones also tend to be about 2 PSI higher base pressure (arround 54 PSI)than the GM ones (around 52 PSI), which, if you are on the edge of maxing out your injectors will help extend them a little further.

Just got myself a GP Sorensen the other day. Don't know why though.

(Edited becuase someone already posted the parts number. lol)
