After market headlight suggestions

I live in NYC so must of the time I never have a problem seeing the streets late at night because everything is brightly lit at all hours of the night. I have family in New Jersey and there is when my headlights became a problem. The housings have 193,000 miles of scratches and chips. I have sanded them down to make them a little clearer and that helped. The Other problem is that the plastic around the windage bolt is cracked so I can't adjust them without getting new housings anyway.

I have thought about getting aftermarket projectors for the GTP and would like some suggestions as to which after market projector headlights have you had good experiences with?

Basically they all suck, some are better then others but mostly all have bad output and fitment problem for the price they all charge, a retro is your best bet but thats alot of money, if your not tryin to break the bank you might want to try some hids for like 50-60 bucks its worth a try, or some better bulbs

Only aftermarket projectors that are worth buying are the spyders. They have the best output of them all. They will bounce like crazy and in my opinion after owning them, have fitment issues. If you really want a nice set of projectors look into a retrofit or ask cleangtp if he can retrofit some for you.

Get projectors, they are 10x better than stock headlights. I got these just recently and I love them:

Add HIDs to them and it's 3X better. Put weather strip in between the fascia and the headlight housing to eliminate the bounce:

With the stock headlights it was literally like not having your lights on when I was on dark streets. With these I can see the beam on the pavement even in well illuminated streets. I can't wait to put the HIDs on these to make it even better.

Whatever issues you may run into with these, are not as bad as not being able to see sh1t with the stock ones.

Spyder's use the best bulb of the bunch. There are new spyder's with CCFL halo's so they are brighter. Stick to the spyder's or the the one's posted up above.

I have some spider projectors with ccfl that I'll sell you, or if you want led projectors I have a set that I will sell you as well.

The CCFL or the LED is referring to the halo right? If I don't hook that up, does it really matter which ones I buy?

You can leave them unconnected. It only matters if you decide to hook them up and want them to be seen during the day.
