After CAI install got goofy on me!?!?!?

I put in an open cone K&N CAI through the fenderwall...now though, when first coming off stop lights and signs, the car kinda kicks back a little every 3-5 mph and then goes smooth...just kind of a slight jerk in the whole car, like its stopping almost. that rock back motion is slight, and only in the early gears...whatsUp?
 


Did you for some reason take the screen for the TB off? Water in the filter?
