All those people on there are the people who signed a thing for the Act one bill to get on the poll. But what alot of people don't understand or so here in Arkansas Act one was not to keep gays from adopting but to keep people who was not married from adopting. Or so on the bill it stated "AN ACT PROVIDING THAT AN INDIVIDUAL COHABITING OUTSIDE OF A VALID MARRIAGE MAY NOT ADOPT OR BE A FOSTER PARENT OF A CHILD LESS THAN EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD" sooooooooo I dunno..I know on our local news website people are ticked off!
