Acceleration Stuttering?

I just looked it up, the vehicle sending incorrect signals to the car can cause it to shift inappropriately causing jerking. It also can cause stalling which has also been occurring but I forgot to mention. I'll replace it today and let you guys know if it fixes the problem.
 
I said like wheel speed sensor circuit or something, I don't remember the exact code, I'll check it again tomorrow and write it down. It was like P024 or something of that sort
 
Got the new wheel hub assembly on there with the wheel speed sensor and the TCS and ABS lights went off but it is still stuttering. I'm going to check the vacuum lines for a leak later today. Anyone have any other ideas?
 


It seems to happen more when the car would be shifting, sometimes it will also take a while to shift and the car revs up.
