this is just F**king messed up, How can a so called company send a custermer whos spent well over $1500.00 in the past year a part like this?

I want to call them up but I don't even know what to say to this... I was so happy to see the box there when I finished bailing hay today, and then I opened it and just stared at it silently for 15mins I even thought to myself maybe someones playing a joke on me...nope just zzp crushing my chance of going to kcgp... and on top of that they sent me an 8 rib belt wtf!
 


Their customer service has been sucky this week. I've tried calling twice about my coupon credit for my stock cat and there's always some excuse
 


I spent a couple grand with them last year, and they still ****ed up every order I made, or took over a month to ship my ****!

They monopolized the 3800 market early, now they get to sit back and laugh as they make money on **** like this.
 
Umm I paid 220 for a brand new koyorad for my black 4 door when I put the 2nd engine in. What did you pay for that pile of crap?

And people think Im crazy for whoring classifieds at least I get pics for for the part is sent out that Im buying lol!
 
you know. i want a hud pod. and it's cheaper from zzp. but i'm a very timely, very promt, very specific type of person and IF zzp fails to ship MY sh!t on time...i think i'd lose my mind. that would be completely unacceptable.

so yeah, you should call them a cut up sideways.

and bailing hay?? where the hell DO you live??
 


Wish I could say Im surprised. Atleast they sent something. Usually they just forget half my Chit lol I stopped buying from them about 2 years ago. What did the box look like? was it beat to hell and back? Could have happened in shipping
