Hi fellow members, has any body ever splice in a abs wire harness to replace a defective one if u have could you pass along how to do it from start to finish.thanks.ps..this is for a 2001 grand prix.
 


i got mine from GM dealership. Came with everything you will need except soldering iron and heat gun. Pretty straight forward. Cut out old, solder in new and heat shrink protective sleeve that came with the kit. I did mine years ago so I have no pics.
 
hi use 970-042 dorman on both sidea worked fine. the number says one side only but work fine on both side of front abs sensors.
 
00 and down use a separate harness for both sides so no need to splice wires 01+ is not so lucky.
