A few questions about 2007 Remote Start

I recently bought a 2007 Grand Prix, and I have a few questions about getting remote start enabled.

This car I bought was an auction car, this I got only ONE key and NO key fob. I was looking on my DIC and it said "Remote Start? Yes No"

Anyway to get this enabled do I need a whole system like this 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix Remote Start - Electronics

Or do I just need to buy the key fob like this 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix Keyless Entry Remote start Remote : Car Remote, Keyless Entry Remote, Keyfob, Key fob, Remote Transmitter

Or if I just bought it from the dealer would it come pre-programmed

I am looking into the options for this as well, my keyless entry was ran over by a forklift. I am looking into getting a remote starter for it and installing myself due to the high cost of replacing the single FOB. Hopefully I will have photos available within a few days or maybe a week.
