I'm debating on the aftermarket fenders that extreme dimensions make... despite the fact everyone says don't do it

I have an agreement with my family friend that I'll buy my stuff and paint and he will put it together and paint my car, with like 4-5 clear coats as long as I power wash his house and clean his gutters. Sounds like a fair trade to me.
