A/C stopped Blowing

.I have a 98 GP GT ok when i got it the fan speed 1 did not work only 2-5 and then it was just 5 then the blower motor sound like it was hitting or something and now nothing is coming out at all .But when i turn on my A/C u can hear the stuff turn on and all but no air blows out any more .......Can i get some help???
 


I had a similar problem where 1 and 2 would not blow. My problem was the blower motor resistor was bad. The motor in my car didn't have any strange noises coming for it though. But it's something to look in to. It was a few years ago that I switched out but it's located behind the dash on the passenger side near the floor. You can probably find a thread on here for the exact location, I think this is where I found it. I just remember it's in a tight location and was a pain to do. Easy to do yourself though.
 
I would replace the blower motor resistor first. There is a write up on here on how to do it I believe. Just get the front bolt and the back left out as you are looking at it out and grab it with some pliers and rip the ***** out. The last bolt is a pita. Just loosen it up before you put the new one in or just leave it out.
