A/C Compressor Bracket & Bolts

Hello, I am in the process of reassembling my engine and would like to know what the torque spec is for the two bolts the hold the bracket to the engine block. GM Service manual has two different specs in two different places, so it's contradictory. One place states that both bolts are 37 ft-lbs, then the other states the upper bolt is 37 and the lower bolt is 59? Also it doesn't state what the bolt to block that holds the metal bracket for the rear bolts are? Then the nuts that hold the compressor to the engine is very huge discrepancy. One place states 22 ft-lbs then another place states 75? Which is correct? It also doesn't give me the spec on how tight the studs that thread into the front side of the bracket are supposed to be either because those threaded out when trying to take the nuts off the front?

Thanks,
Dan

just make them all tight. german spec, goodentight works just fine.

i did a engine swap, only things that got tq ed were the lim blower and rocker arms and the crank sensor. the rest was just made tight.
