I'm talking from personal experience. I didn't have to mod anything to install the HID's....I'm talking about the bouncing. And if you want to get real about it, factory housing ANYTHING is brighter than projectors because they aren't made for HID's...light output is retarded with factory housings and HID's.

And LOL @ lying & deceiving. Get real.

I have factory housing with Silverstar ultras and I do just fine. I dont like the the look or idea of projectors but thats me.
 
ok well back to MY rant..... insurance company called today said bring it to the shop and theyll send the check. so its lookin like my ram air hood is out of the picture for a while :( and that means the prix will be out of commission for a few days (atleast i hope only a few days). going in the morning to get appraised.

I don't understand why people say they need confidence, I do all my mods on a 1st shot sometimes. I do my research, I've spent countless hours reading, and I know what to expect before I even start. Its all a learning experience, the only way you will learn is to try it.

Venting is for heat. You shouldn't ever have to vent for condensation if they get sealed properly

He never said the projectors were worse than stock, he just said they are not really worth the money for the issues and the so-so light output

and i have stock housings now all sh1tty lookin and what not. but damnn after i put my 8000k hids in i can see so much better it doesnt compair. i honestly feeel like i cant see nothing drving in my girls sentra with stock halogens. screw all that fancy sh1t. cop a 50$ conversion kit and call it a day. vvme.com :th_thumbsup-wink:

What you even talking about guy? I am also talking personal experience, either you're not smart enough to install projectors with hid's (which I doubt) or you're lying.

Because I have argued with him about projectors more than this time. That and what I said, he did something wrong or is lying, simple as that. Hell I will post a pic of my light output and then everyone can see how he's lying if that makes you happy.

Edit: and where are these insults I'm hurling? Calling someone who is lying a lier isn't an insult. If it is, how?

Anyways to the topic of beating up on Blue. I am not taking sides cause he is a moderator, but I am taking his side for the simple fact, you come in here bashing and calling him as being a "lier" and saying he gave you bad advice on your projectors and HIDs?

First off.......I would love to see these posting you are referring to where you are trying to call him out on, secondly, you could have been a bit more constructive in what you said and in the way you said it. If you are ticked at Blue for something? FINE! But put it in a polite way or complain to an admin or something.

But coming on here and simply start tearing him a new one is not the right to go about gather sympathy for something that no one can say ever happened.

I guess I will ask, that either you tone your remarks, or simply not speak them at all. If you have an issue? By all means state your issue, you dont need to insult anyone in the process. Then maybe someone will be able to help you to figure out what the problem.
