99 Grand Prix 3.8 non supercharge squealing noise under hood

I'm getting squealing noise, can not find the source. Appears to be stronger on the passenger side, replace belt an noise continues. It starts after 5 of driving and sometimes goes away with stop and go. I'm using stethoscope, but no luck, need advise...
 


I know when my power steering pump took a dump the pulley snapped and was still spinning inside causing a squeal it was a loud squeal too, I couldn't figure out what it was since I didn't have power steering anyways until the belt and pulley came off together on i95 ... Good times

Took belt off and noise continues. Is a dry noise like something is not lubricated, not metal to metal noise. My mechanic friend believes that noise is coming between engine and transmission; does any one know if it this vehicle has oil pump drive?

the trans pump is on the driver side and would be heard between the engine and tranny. they tend to whine when they go bad or have a clogged filter.
