• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Yesterday I was having trouble fitting the rear tires (were rubbing on the inside), tried .25" spacers which didn't work.

Local guy found me a link to a site that said I needed 1.25" spacers with studs and I found some at Hot Wheel City. Today I finished putting them on and cleaning them, next project's gonna be brakes probably.

Other way around... Pontiac's have always been the chick cars... look at the Sunfire.... Grand Am.... Grand Prix.... made for the ladies.

Typing this made me realize something....:th_nanana:

Oh yeah the Camaro is nice.... dont lower it with just springs... Converts are different in the suspension, cause they are heavier. Lowering them isnt the same... trust me. In the long run, you'll end up selling those rims for stocks...

Trust me, you can strike this from the convo- That is one million percent incorrect.

^ So your saying Converts and Non-converts are basically the same when it comes to finish product when lowering? And your also saying Converts weigh the same as a non-convert?

( approx 1000# difference. Converts weigh 4300 coupes 3300 approx)

WTF???
2002 Firebird Specs

My dad had a 98 Vert and there's no way that thing would have ran 13.3 with a lid and borla if it weighed 4300 pounds.

1,000 lbs? Yeah, uh, no... :th_laugh-lol2: Let me just say I'm pretty familiar with 4th Gen cars.

Agree with the first part, the last part not so much.

I love camaros, but id feel like a tool driving a convertible.

To each his own.

Looks good. Invest in a set of strano springs and koni single adjustables. Don't forget the adjustable panhard as well. That seems to be a good set up that others like. Jump over to ls1tech. There is plenty of info there.

I am on the full hotchkis suspension on my 02 SS.

i dunno my buddies CSC 00 Z28 is def not girly at all.....10.53 1/4 PB is pretty manly hahaha, and thats with a stock valve train i believe....i wanna say its just CSC, headers/exhaust, tune.....i love trans ams and z28s/SS camaros, im not a huge fan of flip up headlights tho so im partial to the camaro...
