They were on sale when I bought them, I paid $76 or $79, I think they were around $120 regular price. I would never pay that never mind $150 for tips lol, I am assuming they must be low on stock or something. Or maybe there sales went way up when everybody saw mine?? lol

Sold this car a while ago but just picked up another one. A red 99 coupe. Not as nice as this one and has a few more miles but it was cheap. Will be picking it up tomorrow.



Luckily I still have my old original headlights as these ones are pretty bad. Just wish I kept the pre-gens :(

Got it home today. Cleaned up the headlights, they look better but not great. Passenger side fogs up.





Bone stock engine bay.



When driving it almost stalled once and the tach went to 0 and wouldn't read. I shut it off and restarted it and it has been fine since. Thinking the crank sensor could be acting up.
 
Looks like a good base to start out on, that engine bay looks clean. Check your grounds and the simple stuff before the crank sensor?

It only did it the once and apparently the car sat for about 5 months so fingers are crossed that it wont do it again.

I am going to paint the front and rear valence like I did on the white car but I am thinking of doing it white. Good idea or should I do it black again? I know red and black looks good but that is how most seem to do it and I don't want to copy everyone else.
 
Well sold both GTP's and bought a G8 GT.
