Who sells 4-door rocker panels for the 98 model GP? Does anyone make them in a heavier gauge steel? Have seen sets on ebay but I do not know if they are good or junk. Any input?
there is a place on ebay called moradparts. all they sell is 97 to 08 gp parts i ordered 2 silver rocker panel molding from them with 29k miles on them they are like brand new i only paid like 140 for both it was a steal. they are close to 300 each from the dealer and there not as good as quality os the oem ones
Call a body shop and ask who their aftermarket body parts supplier is. Up here in Canada, there is a company called Cross Canada...they sell body parts, rads, condensers....
Yes, need the rocker panel metal, not the plastic molding! Will check out ebay. I recall there being a company called Great Lakes Trading or something on that order.... they seemed to have decent metal, but I can't remember the name.
Thanks for the link limegreen. Those look like real nice pieces, but waaay more than I care to spend. Plus I think I can get by with just the new outer part that sits under the plastic.

^^ i got mine through motorcity hp, and they were great. i got them the next day, and they were in perfect shape when they arrived. They were made out of pretty decent gauge metal as well. overall for the price, i was super happy with them. through some undercoating on them before they went on the car, they fit great also.
