98 alt in a 99+?

Soo I might have overlooked a small detail last year when I grabbed a high-output alternator
I hope there is a way to keep this alt as its already been dressed up and has a much higher output over stock.

Im also using a gen5 with a full size intercooler - I know space was tight with my 03 alternator but I just had to notch out the plastic cover.

Perfect - so the 99 fbody has more clearance for the gen5 and intercooler vs the 98 w body?

Hey you wouldn't happen to know the part number for the heater hose connectors would you? The l26/l67 99+ mount on top and the new bracket for the camaro looks to have the bolt on the side.
The part store gave the same exact connectors I already have. They cant find the ones with the bolt on the side

Just in case I don't get time to go to the yard (open same hours that I'm working)

im sure people who did this bracket swap for the CS144 might have had the same issue

but not sure - 90* bend, out of stock and $35 a piece lol no way

i saw that thread but was hoping for the correct part to keep it simple - no worries. I see its simpler now and cheaper , to just make em myself
