Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

97 gtp with mods pulley installed and now hesitation

I don't have a problem with the answer when it's stated clearly and not with a bunch of (how could you ask that question like your all high and mighty and never made a mistake...) I was under the impression that this forum was for asking question to answer you didn't know and that people would give answer in a respectful manor...... heaven forbid i make a mistake and need some help... I would show you guy respect if you posted on a computer support forum...

its a forum chief, grab yourself a scan gauge to see whats actually going on, that's the only way. You will need a bigger pulley and a better tune as well.

aeroforce makes a nice gauge, cheap and effective. they can be found on zzperformance, 3800performance, i think wbodystore has them as well.

Just reading everything I dont see where they were disrespectful. Sounds like you just dont want to hear what there saying. Anyways, What plugs are you running. Flashing CEL light means Possible Cat damage which is usually a misfire. There can be many causes, from Tune to mechanical. Having some way to scan parameters would really be useful right about now. I mean how can we tell its a lean miss fire, spark blow out? Instead of Crying about how no ones being helpful, Answer the questions you were asked

I don't think it's a cat problem its fairly new plus i just went through deq in nov
right now it doesn't have a back o2 sensor i used the delete one from zzpreformance. but i can put the one in.

I am running the wrong plugs i know that..... buddie works at a parts store said these were the best....

i got the pcm from 3800 preformance isn't that tune correct?

I will pick up plugs autolite 103's and wires a thermostate 160 or 180? i live in oregon doesn't really get that hot here

the gauge will have to wait till end of the month.

Get Autolight 104's and if you are running a hot stock plug then damage might have or will occur. most common reason a piston chips- To small a pulley and to hot a plug.

So step one is to get what ever plugs you have in out and put 104's in there, try a .052 gap on them

+1 on everything 01gpgt01 said. I could go on and on about canned tunes vs real time tunes

bottom line is, canned tunes will run differently in different parts of the region. Ambient temps, elevation etc etc. someone at sea level has thicker air vs someone in Colorado mountains where the air is thinner.

the best type of tune is real time tuning for your surroundings/climate/ambient temps

You can get aeroforce scan gauges at nissan dealerships as well. And again, read the safely modding your 3800 thread. It will answer a ton of questions your askin

i have a scangauge and im always getting this reading 0KR lol then again im on stock pulley.

The Aeroforce Scan Gauge was the best investment I ever made for my car. Put Autolite 104's in like others have said. Being that you live in Oregon I wouldn't go any lower than a 180* Tstat. Honestly you could probably keep the stocker in there. You don't have enough mods to run a 3.3 too. You need someone to tune your car vs buying a off the shelf tune. I bet your running pretty lean right now.

The reason it was stated in that fashion was simple. We have a sticky called safely modding your 3800 where it clearly states you should always monitor for Knock. Even at stock levels are cars can still have knock and to know if your tune is working properly you should check it. Cause if your knocking your better off going up a pully size and throwing some timing at it. If you knock you lose power overall
