97 gtp coolant overflow tank

I bought a 99+ coolant tank for my 97 gp gtp so I could install a CAI. I drilled mounting holes in the top of the passenger strut and got that right. However on the bottom of the tank there is already a hole in the subframe with no threads. I can't reach the back side so how do you suggest attaching the lower portion of the tank?
 


Okay thanks! I ended finding something in the search with that information you gave but can't seem to find where to find one online as i don't have access to a junkyard right now. Know where to find one?
